2006 Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Red Mountain $98 [6] WA 97points
2006 Palengat Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon Horse Heaven Hills $83 [6]
2006 Red Wine Columbia Valley $35 [6]

上記金額の他に、米国内送料(一度WAからCAに送ります)、WAのSales Tax(CAに送るので不要かも)、日本への送料、日本の関税・消費税が必要です.

We are proud to release the Quilceda Creek 2006 Galitzine Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon from the Red Mountain A.V.A. The Galitzine Vineyard is a partnership between our family and the Holmes family of the highly acclaimed Ciel du Cheval Vineyard. This high-density vineyard (2074 plants/acre) was planted in 2001 and 2002 with Clone 8 Cabernet Sauvignon on windblown Hezel over Warden soils. These deep, consistent, sandy loam soils are ideal for root development, vine health and vineyard uniformity. The 2006 offers wonderful aromas and flavors of deep blackberry, black walnut, espresso, truffles and pipe tobacco. The first two vintages received 97 points from the Wine Advocate, making them instant classics. This vintage is their qualitative equal. Aged in 100% new French oak for 22 months, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon displays the wonderful terroir of the Galitzine Vineyard. This wine will drink beautifully for the next 30 years.

The debut release of the Quilceda Creek 2006 Palengat Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon displays the wonderful aromatic perfume of the Horse Heaven Hills A.V.A. This vineyard was planted in 2000-2002 on deep, consistent, Sagehill series soil. It is located on an ideal south facing slope on Phinney Hill, right next to Champoux Vineyard, which is the source of most of the Cabernet Sauvignon for our flagship wine. This vineyard is 8.5 acres in size with 59% of the vines being high-density (2270 vines/acre). Having this many plants per acre fills in the mid- palate often missing from varieties such as Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. This source allows us to make wines with these varietals that are dense, rich, full bodied and complex. The wine showcases floral, black and red fruits, smoked meat, anise, minerals and spicy cedar characteristics. Aged in 100% new French oak for 22 months, it is a blend of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. This wine should age gracefully for 25 years. Jay Miller writes:
"Some good news from the winery is that beginning with the 2006 vintage, there will be a new vineyard designate, a Cabernet Sauvignon from the Palengat Vineyard in the Horse Heaven Hills AVA. The vines are only 7 years old but the potential is enormous as a taste from barrel attests."
Wine Advocate, Issue 177, 6-30-08.

The Quilceda Creek 2006 Red Wine Columbia Valley is a blend of declassified lots, which reflect the richness and complexity of the vintage. This is one of our favorite Red Wine offerings to date. Wine Advocate has rated this wine 92 pts, 92 pts and 93 pts over the past three vintages. This medium bodied wine displays black cherry fruit, cedar, spice, vanilla and minerals. Approachable now, this blend of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 2% Petit Verdot and 1% Malbec will be best enjoyed over the next 15 years.
